Hey just need some advice, basically I have been training four to five times a week and my training includes 1 hour of weight lifting, half an hour cardio and half an hour ab work out, my diet has been good in general. Looking at myself in the mirror shows that I have lost a lot of weight and my abs are getting more visible. what I don't understand is why am I not loosing weight when I jump on the scales. Is it because I am loosing fat but gaining muscles

Sounds like you are doing recomp, which if that's so it explains why you're seeing changes in the mirror but not on the scale. If you're liking the results and not under eating, sounds like you're doing well.2

You measure your weight on your bathroom scales - you don't see your weight, you are seeing body composition changes.

You are eating at or around maintenance calories. If you want to lose weight drop your calories a little.
If you are happy staying the same weight while adding muscle and losing fat then don't change a thing.
Would suggest tracking your measurements too with a tape measure.2
