Hey guys, just saying hi. I’ve been on a bit of a fitness mission since the beginning of September and have managed to go from 215lbs to 178lbs and 33% body fat to 18%. Did this with a lower calorie lower carb diet that I basically made up myself along with insanity then p90x. Reason I’m here is I started Keto last Saturday as I’d been stuck on 20% body fat for about a month and so decided to try Keto to give it a boost, dropped 5lbs and 2% in a week and obviously MyFitnessPal is massive for tracking nutrients and macros.

How are you all getting on? I’d be delighted to hear some Keto tips or a link to a Keto page and I’d also love to be able to advice to anyone that feels I might have something to give!

    Hi there, good job on your weigh loss and staying in the groove!! I’m trying to lose 20 myself... tried keto but just couldn’t get the hang of the food lol... but everyone is different!! Just going to track here to keep myself honest and steer clear of wine lol
