I don't have actual recipes, but here are some of the thing I like to eat to get my cals up:
-Pasta dishes with oil, butter or cream sauces, lasagna (lots of cheese), add medium beef meatballs, sausage, chicken thighs, if you really want to add more cals and protein
-Cook rice in coconut milk, make creamy coconut curries
-Ribs
-Pizza
-Hamburgers (use higher fat meat and add cheese, mayo, bacon to really get the cal count up)
-Tacos or quesadillas, use higher fat meat, guacamole, cheese, creamy slaw,
-Granola and milk/high fat yogurt
--Protein mug cakes/pancakes/waffles.. add high calorie spreads, peanut butter, whipped cream, icing etc
-High calorie smoothies.. banana, nut butters, high fat dairy, whey (if you need the protein)
-Chicken Caesar salad (use full fat dressing, bacon, croutons.. it adds up)
So in essence..eat more portions, add oil, butter, cream sauce, cheese, dressing, keep skin on the chicken etc.
Also this thread can help, there are links to websites for recipes in there too:
