Has anyone here done intermittent fasting?

I do a pretty easy window of IF - eating between 11 AM to 7 AM. I do it because it stops me from eating everything in my kitchen late at night. I just make sure my last meal of the day is big enough that I don't go to bed hungry. It's really helped me with binge eating- but I could see how it could trigger someone too. I feel GREAT though and I'm able to eat within my calorie goal consistently.0
