Strange post I know but I discovered radishes not too long ago are wonderful when cooked. They almost taste like potatoes so I use them in their place. I usually roast them with chicken, onions, peppers and want to incorporate them in to more meals. Anyone have recipes that include them?

    Yep, substituting for potatoes in roast dishes is a huge reduction in calories, too.

    But there so aromatic! Does the distinct radish composition change once cooked?
