Need a ‘Good Fat’ Hit

Options
Just doing my meal prep and planning for next week. I’m on a first time cut and aiming for 2000kcal. About 190g protein, 170g carbs and 60g fat. I’ve broadly hit my carb and protein but still lacking in fat with around 100kcal - 200kcal left each day.

What are the best good fats for a quick hit? I don’t like eggs, avocado or fish. I was thinking some Flora spread or olive oil just added to my food?

I saw broadly in-line, more like about 10g over Carbs and Protein

What about cheese, butter, oils, peanut/nut butter, nuts, seeds, coconut milk (you can add it to dishes or cook rice in it)

Butter, heavy cream in your coffee, tbs olive oil on salads, nuts, don't cut fat off your meat.

Just had 4 oz of foie gras for lunch w/an excellent glass of cab . It was logged at 500 cals, including 48 g or 86.4% fat. It was very good fat indeed :)

Fortunately, I didn't have a large breakfast and burned 566 cals rowing an hour before hand. Total cals including the wine and a small salad was about 800 and I'm still hungry.

    LOL! ;)

Yeah, I've been known to chug heavy cream because I love it.
