Hello!! For the most part, the things I KNOW I used to eat to lose weight real well are too expensive so it takes a lot of self control with the super bad things we have in the house.

You lose weight by eating less, consistently, and for a long time. Eating less costs less money. You get intense cravings by telling yourself that the foods you like best, are bad. A healthy diet is important for the whole family, not just for the dieter. A healthy diet is just getting enough of everything you need every day, and not too much of anything over time. Healthy diets can be inexpensive and tasty if you have a positive attitude and know how to cook. Boring diets are both unhealthy and difficult to stick to.0
