Is it better to get the premium plan to help me count my macro nutrients

If tracking macros is important for you, and the premium features makes that easier, it will be better for you to pay for Premium. You will still have to eat less (if weightloss is your goal) and still be disciplined to stick to your plan.0

Went premium so I could set my macros in grams instead off %. The constantly moving target was driving me nuts.0
