Tom TomSpark 3 Cardio, Music and Heart Rate

Hi

I'm considering purchasing the TomTom Spark 3 Cardio, Music and Heart Rate.

I understand this is a great choice for runners, however, I mainly lift weights, circuits, box (bag, pads, circuits and sparring) and want to track calories burned, intensity and steps throughout the day.

Does anyone use it for multi-fitness activity?

Would you recommend?

Pros and cons?
