Metabolism changes past 40 so not sure what works for someone in their 20’s would work for me lol
Lost 10 pounds already, 20 more to go to get down to my pre-divorce weight...I refuse to “wear “ the stress from last year... Any other women out there in the same boat?

CICO should still work, you just have to make sure you are using the right numbers. IF you need help setting goals and getting started I think the advice given in these posts can help you get the most out of MFP.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
~Best wishes on your journey0
