I have actually been doing this alone and am so excited to find a group doing the same thing. I have the same goal. I need to lose 2 pounds a week until the end of may (or the equivalent over that period,I lose in waves). During the first 6 weeks I lost 12 pounds but it came off as 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks and then 2 pounds 2 weeks later. However, thank goodness I also took measurements because I lost 19 inches during the month I lost no weight. That kept me on track. What is everyone doing?
