Hi All,
fairly new to the whole MyFitnessPal diary entry logs and community. My desire from the activities that I complete is to prepare me for entry into the Royal Navy (British) force. Short term its Cardio/Stamina, whilst long term is to shape the body with low body fat and medium muscle toning.
