30 years plus exercise/diet changes...

I am 33, eat more than I use to and exercise regularly but can't seem to shift the weight. I jogged all the time in my 20's and the weight dropped off and toned my muscles but it doesn't have the same effect anymore. Anyone feel this? I have a jiggly belly which is new to me, not that I am too worried about it but wonder if it's the sign of a slowing metabolic rate and I need to switch the way I exercise.

You're 33 and eat more than you used to. That's what moves the weight, eating less. You may find that adding resistance/weight training to your exercise if you don't already will help as well.0

It's not your metabolism. You're eating too much.0

And I agree with the suggestion above to incorporate weight or resistance training0

"Slowing metabolic rate" with age is mostly, in reality, a lower activity level (not just exercise but also daily life chores, hobbies, habits) and reduced muscle mass from underuse. Both of those - lower activity, reduced muscle mass - are things you can counteract.
You're 33? I lost 50+ pounds in just under a year at age 59-60 while hypothyroid and (of course) postmenopausal, and am still at a healthy weight now, at 62. Age is not an impenetrable barrier to weight loss.
Weight loss at any age is about eating fewer calories than you burn. For most people, eating less delivers a higher return sooner than moving more, but both are important for best health, appearance, and vitality.
Best wishes!

No I don't feel that at all at my age of 57.
If I eat less I lose weight, I eat more I gain weight. I go to the gym and cycle and get stronger and fitter, not as easily as in my youth but it still works.
It's not your metabolism or your age, it's your energy balance and lifestyle.
Good news! Both of those things are under your control.
