The title really explains it all. I am unsure whether I need to lose a few pounds. I have always maintained a weight around 71kg as a teenager but I am just wondering is 76kg too heavy for a 19 year old girl? Any tips and tricks would be much appreciated.

It falls under a normal BMI. You can lose a few pounds if you choose to, or you can maintain and work on a recomp (lifting heavy using a progressive overload program) if you aren't happy with your body composition.0
