I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found myself here. I just turned 45yrs old and I’m 272lbs at 5’ 2’. Staring over... I’m tired of starting over... and repeating the same struggles. I’m ready to not look back. I’m read to do this

    I’m right there with you. Thirty six at 240 with 10 - 15 lbs to trim. Once again time to kick it into high gear and keep it there this time.
