This challenge is to help create healthy living habits that should continue throughout life. This is not for "dieting."

Set 3 clear and concise goals
What it is you're going to do and how often?
Ex: drink 64 oz of water 7 days a week

Log your progress on fitness pal. Status update, nutrition counter, water log, exercise log... All available on the app

This will run for six months with a check in on the 23rd of each month.
All suggestions welcome

    My goals:
    Drink 64 oz of water 5 days a week

    Minimum of 1 hour of (minimum of 2, 1/2 hour increments) exercise 5 days a week

    Attempt 8 hours of sleep daily... Attempt = set bed time and wake time greater than 8 hours. No phone use during those hours. Be in bed during those hours

    I'm new to My Fitness Pal so I'm learning and this sounds like a challenge where I can do just that.
    My current goals are to log at least 5 days a week and meet most of the nutrition goals, especially the calories goal, at least 5 days a week.
    Drink 8 cups of water each day.
    Sleep at least 7 hours each night.
    I am looking for support and accountability, so add me as a friend and keep me going.
