Look up paleo recipes as a starting point. They're already gluten and dairy free, and it's easy to go low carb. You can modify Paleo to add legumes (not sure how low carb you're going).0

I don't do Paleo too much b/c have a vegan family member. Lettuce wraps with seasoned protein source, spicy sauce (chile sauce and peanut butter or ginger soy) a couple of teaspoons of chopped raw nuts and some shredded carrots, basil leaves, Korean yam noodles (sometimes too, a sprig of mint). Also enjoy soup made with bok choy, ginger, lemongrass, acorn squash and yam noodles in a simple stock with a bit of gluten free soy sauce and some bullion.
I guess the carbs are still there, but we're doing the 1,500 calorie diet and have been losing weight since 1/6/18 - 6 lbs so far for me. 44 more to go.0 -
Grilled, roasted, poached or sauteed meat, fish or seafood. Sides of vegetables, fruits, rice, buckwheat, quinoa or other naturally gluten free grains.
Omelets or fritatas or other egg based dishes. Soups and stews. Bean soups or salads.
Read labels of soy sauce carefully as many contain wheat.0 -
Also, paleo isn't required for your needs. If you want to try it that's fine, but it eliminates things like beans that are very nutritious and contain neither gluten or lactose.0
