My name is Nessa. I used to be strong and fit, but due to birth control began to gain weight and it quickly spiraled out of control. I'm trying to get the reins back on my health, as I am now approaching 200 pounds. I would love to build a community of people who I can help support and will support me, and help me hold myself accountable, and get back on track with taking care of myself again!
