It takes being at a healthy weight to be lean. Losing weight is key initially to achieving leanness, if you do resistance training while losing weight that will also really help.

    all the best.

    Pretty much this.

To lose fat, eat in a small deficit. To maintain the muscle you have, lift weights.

First off, based on your wording and what I can make out from your profile pic I have some concerns. I don't want to jump in making a judgement but if you are suffering from an ED please do yourself a favour and leave MFP for your own good. I apologize if I'm wrong, but we do get a lot of ED/proana people here that we will do more harm than good for.

Otherwise, if you want to lose weight the right way then learn proper nutrition, get into a slight caloric deficit and exercise based on your preferences. I like both weights and running but you might have a different preference. Look around the forums and ask more specific questions to get better answers.

No, your body is not all fat. If you are overweight or obese, eating at a calorie deficit will help you, but what is your height, weight, age, sex? (You're profile pic appears female to me, but I don't want to make assumptions.). Peeps here can advise you better if they have the details of your situation.

Omgosh I wrote you’re profile pic instead of your. I’m so ashamed.

First time I've seen a self-grammar Nazi.

Find out your daily cutting calories and macro split and find strategy that works best for you to stick to (iifym, keto, intermittent fasting, whatever, etc.), get on a good training plan, and stay consistent and motivated.
