Hi all, just started and have 4 stone to lose. Tried all the Diet clubs and now decided I want to do this myself. I’m going to cook meals from the hairy bikers diet books and Tom Kerridge s new diet one. I enjoy cooking. My issue is bingeing in the evenings. If anyone has any top tips to stop this then I would gratefully receive advice. Fitness wise I need help too. I have a wii for that has never been used. Does anyone recommend?
