Hey guys, so I’m currently at 26-27% body fat and I’d love to get down to around 20%. If anyone has any tips or success stories doing this that they could share that’d be amazing!

Thanks

Basic approach: Eat fewer calories than you burn (at 26 - 27% BF, you're likely to fuel most of your calorie deficit from BF, once glycogen stores are depleted).
Refined approach (to maximize fat loss relative to loss of lean body mass): Eat at a small deficit, get plenty of protein, follow a progressive resistance program (lift heavy things, and when that gets easier, lift heavier things).

set a moderate deficit and lift heavy *kitten* - i went from 28% to 24% by doing this (my deficit was about 250cal a day)
