Here's an idea! Post an exercise to do, something that can be done fairly fast like 10 pushups, 20 crunches or 10 squats. Post when you have done it and leave something for the next person to do.

Sooooooooo, drop and give me 20 crunches!

    easy peezy lemon squeezy...drop and give me 10 burpees...even better you should have to do the one you suggested and the one you responded to..now were talking!! :laugh:

    I did the burpees and now drop and give me 20 bicycle crunches! (And I did them too!) :bigsmile:

    Had to google those, they are good, I will have to add them to my rotation!

    Now how about 20 side lunges!

    We need some balance to this workout ....... 15 "lying supermans" followed by a 30 second bridge/plank
