Here's an idea! Post an exercise to do, something that can be done fairly fast like 10 pushups, 20 crunches or 10 squats. Post when you have done it and leave something for the next person to do.

Had to google those, they are good, I will have to add them to my rotation!
Now how about 20 side lunges!0 -
they are good (add a med ball for extra effort)
We need some balance to this workout ....... 15 "lying supermans" followed by a 30 second bridge/plank0
