Hello from Michigan...

Good morning!
A bit about myself... I'm a 45 year old female currently living in the Metro Detroit area originally from Orlando Florida. I used to be a personal trainer and used to be involved in bodybuilding for many years. I started going to school and working full time and my health and fitness got placed on the back burner. In 2012 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's which is a condition that causes your thyroid to fluctuate between hyper and hypo. This also makes it difficult to lose weight unfortunately. But honestly I have not been exercising or watching what I eat for a very long time. I have recently decided to embark on a keto lifestyle along with some intermittent fasting. I've been doing a lot of research and have heard many benefits of this type of dietary lifestyle. So feel free to message me or ask me any questions.
