Well I don't know about favourite but I have developed a deep and meaningful love for brussell sprouts. Can eat a tonne of them for very few calories and get loads of vitamins.

All food is diet food when eaten in moderation and with a caloric deficit.

Just make sure to track it!

They stink something awful when roasted, though!

Diet Dr Pepper. As far as food goes I don’t typically buy “diet” or “light” anything.

I don't eat "diet" food.... I just eat food, so I'd have to say chocolate covered pecans :)

Those frozen pizzas are only like 900 calories for the whole thing, I go to the gym and burn about 400 calories so I can eat a whole one!

sounds like a good day :)

How do you fix what? The Brussels sprouts smell? You can't, not really. You just learn to accept it if you like the food enough. You don't have to force yourself to eat anything you don't like.

I'm not actually sure if we're allowed to post links to outside web sites, but it's just some recipes.
    https://thecookful.com/how-to-avoid-smelly-brussels-sprouts/

Google it for more ideas. Sounds like if you cook them for 5 minutes or less (blanching them), they won't smell.
    You can eat them raw.
You can toss them in things that smell MORE like bacon.

Seafood!!! Shrimp, lobster, crab, swordfish, orange roughy, flounder, scallops - I love it all!!!! I love coming up with new ways to prepare each and I love that they're LOADED with protein!

Oh, and edamame! Can eat the *kitten* out of some edamame.

Or you might find that you don't think that whatever they smell like is a bad smell. I roast Brussels in olive oil and a variety of spices pretty regularly, and I don't find that they stink...I think the house smells like dinner. I also haven't gotten complaints eating leftovers at work. Your (nose) mileage may vary.
I actually really hate the smell of roasting broccoli, but I think it tastes great when it's done (unlike steamed broccoli, which makes me vom). *shrug* Humans, we're weird.
