Who do you trust?

It depends on the situation how much I trust a doctor. I have been told completely opposite advice regarding food, endocrine health and other health issues. I think not doing your own research is a big mistake. If the doctors tell you something, they should be able to explain why they suggest it so their patients can go and research if it is right for them.0

I trust what i see with my own eyes, my results and my gut instincts.. My dad is dead because he believed and trusted his doctor. He ignored what his gut told him, and he paid the price. Any ONE persons opinion/diagnosis is not the be all and end all..
That niggling voice in the back of your head is usually common sense shouting at you, some people ignore it and blindly follow the herd, others listen to it and follow their own path.1
