Help! 100 calories to spare, but only 9 carbs left...

I will want dessert after dinner tonight (which includes a baguette that I'm not willing to sacrifice for more carbs).
I have one packet of Quest Salted Caramel protein powder that I'd like to use up as part of dessert. What can I whip together that will keep me under my 100g carb goal for the day? I have plenty of ingredients, just not a lot of inspiration at the moment.
Ok foodies. GO.

That's tough, unless you just want to drink the protein powder mixed with almond milk. Which I do. I love that protein powder.
I'm not super motivated to make protein fluff, but you could try that. But I think you need xanthan (sp?) gum.0 -
I could get xanthan gum, and I'm fine with +/- on the calories a little bit. I have some exercise wiggle room.
Would it mix in well with greek yogurt?
I've not had a lot of protein powder, but I got this packet after a race and I know I'll want something sweet after dinner. Halo Top won't work tonight.2 -

I mix protein powder with greek yogurt and frozen berries pretty much every morning as my mid-morning meal. Check out my Sunday diary. It's even Quest Salted Caramel. You may need to add a tiny bit of milk to keep it from being too thick. The frozen berries melting add a bit of juice that keeps it getting too thick for me. But berries aren't going to help you when you're trying to stay within your carbs.0 -
Personally, I don't sweat hitting my macros that closely. I aim to hit or exceed my protein goal, and let fat/carbs fall where they fall. I never have a problem getting adequate fat and I don't care if I'm high or low on carbs.3

Don't worry about it. Macro numbers are fairly arbitrary anyways, nothing magic about being exact.. try stay in the ballpark most of the time but calories are more important.0

Why are you limiting carbs to 100g?
The only required macros are fat and protein.1 -

What @extra_medium said; hitting your calories is most important, a few extra grams of carbs for one day is minutia.1 -
On the carbs, I keep them lower M-Th and then keep fat lower F-S as a lovely refeed cycle of leptin and glycogin magic.
+/- on the carbs is probably a hair fine, but they are most definitely lower with a purpose as I work on the last 7lbs or so to lose.2 -
I loosened up and went with the serving of Halo Top blended with the protein powder and cashew milk. Only put me over carbs by 13g.2
