Hi everyone I started this journey last year with a weight of 311 lbs. I fell completely off the wagon due to the holidays and no support. I'm back at it once again with MFP and my fit bit. Trying to take it nice and slow but maintain the dedication. As of today I am 284.4. This time around I have to do this for me and my family. On a side note my husband taking me to Jamaica is a great weight goal motivation. Please send me friend requests because I don't know how.
