31 in 2 weeks but feeling really good about this year. I lost 45lbs last year and have gained 30 of it back. This year I’m working for life changes And longevity! Totally up for new friends and motivators so ADD ME!!

32 and will be 33 in just 3 days! Heaviest weight over 285 lbs. in 2012 (I don't know the exact weight because me and my scale broke-up!). From 2012 to 2014 lost about 30-50 lbs. (again depending on how bad it was). That is when I really stepped it up and decided enough was enough. Between 2014 and April of 2017 I lost 100 lbs. My lowest was 155! However, I got super comfy and started slipping into same odd bad habits and between April 2017 and Jan 22, I put back on 21 lbs. So now I am back at it. Want to lose the 21 lbs. I lost and then actually maintain my 155. So looking for support and friends to help on my journey and I can do the same, because dang it, we deserve it. Please add!3

35. I was SUPER in shape a few years ago and then slacked on all forms of exercise (distance running and weight lifting) and stopped watching what I ate. I'm now at my highest weight post-pregnancy (9 years ago!) and need to get back to it and lose approximately 20 pounds. Feel free to add me.0
