Life after 4 kids.

So I'm a mommy of 4 boys that keep me active, but after 2 years of being a stay at home mom, I've gained weight and never really lost all of the baby weight from the last one. Trying to eat better, do yoga and exercise. I'll be 42 this year and it will be my 20th year anniversary with the hubby, so I want to be fit by August. Would like to get rid off 30lbs currently 175. It would be great to have more motivation on this journey. So feel free to add me for mutual encouragement.

    Ooh I’m 176!! 3 kiddies. I’m always busy. Yoga is an awesome destresser. Except when my 5 year old joins in and jumps on me when I’m trying to do poses. But hey that’s life with kids :smile:
