Hi everyone, I am partially paralyzed due to a back surgery. I can walk only very short distances and can't bend or twist... How do I get any exercise in when these are the issues

Do what you can, and slowly build as you can, but first, speak with your orthapedic specialist/physio therapist. They will be able to provide you with the best advice.4
