New just starting Keto looking for others with an open diary to add me ! Feeling like I need a helping hand with all this !!!

    Hi! I've been keto since 1 September 2017, though my "weight loss journey" actually started in March of 2016 with CICO and IF--I lost a lot of weight, but I was ALWAYS hungry. If you need help or advice then I'm here (in Cambodia so there might be a bit of time difference). Three of my friends, one in Paris and two in Bangkok, have also gone keto and we report in with each other fairly frequently. So, welcome aboard.

    BTW, I started in March of '16 at 114kg, and I'm now down to 76 kg--just 1 kg away from my goal.
