Hi MFP! I'm back after dropping off the community for a while, and ready to refocus.

I first used MFP back in 2012 and dropped from 190+ to 168 (see below)

I've gone up and down since then, but always retained a little more endurance and muscle mass than I had before. I started dancing about two years ago, and that's made me more active than ever, and given me a new focus and goals that really matter to me -- my body is the tool I use to create art, and I need to keep making it better. I've also been struggling with an eating disorder since 2006, and dance has helped me appreciate and love my body in a way I never thought was possible.

This is where I'm at now, sitting around 174:

I'm pretty happy with it, but I'd love to build more muscle, keep working on flexibility, and get below 25% body fat. If you have similar goals and interests, feel free to add me! I'm also a huge nerd, currently into podcasts (including a lot of McElroy content) I'm in 2 or 3 DnD campaigns, and I'm very excited about the new season of critical role
