I’m a complete newbie here and am looking forward to getting to know all about MyFitnessPal. I’m new to caring about my body as well and am looking forward to forging a healthy relationship with me...

I’m new to MyFitnessPal but I’m actually on a trajectory that began last summer. Since then I have already lost 30 lbs and 4 inches from my waist.

The only changes that I have made I have made in the last 3 or 4 months. I’ve shifted from most meals being take out to cooking everything we eat, even when I don’t feel like cooking.
