My body is literally consuming itself

Down 10 lb. since New Year's and couldn't be happier with the progress. But it's a little weird when you stop and think about it, isn't it? It seems less weird to be adding to your body instead of making it feed on itself, but, alas, that's not what we're here for. Except for those goofballs in that other board, of course.

It's pretty cool to think about that when you lose weight, most of it is exhaled as carbon dioxide. Breathing the weight away!

I thought this was going to be about someone not getting enough protein and/or calcium so they were losing bone and muscle.
