On the chicken breast I eat, it says 120 calories for 4 ounces of raw chicken. That would be 480 calories for a pound. Does your chicken breast come with a nutrition label or from the meat counter? Try searching for the specific brand you bought. If from the meat counter,110-120 calories is what I generally see on most packages of chicken breasts for 4 oz. Try searching for: "raw boneless skinless chicken breasts" and finding one in that calorie range.

You know at some point your going to have to cook that chicken. Squeeze a half lemon on your chicken before you cook it. Then it's still the same calories with flavor.
