I have been off and on dieting for ...like...EVER! I recently went to the doctor because I didn't feel well. Welp, I have High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. :/ Ugh! I know I know - it was time to get my *kitten* together. I have been keeping up with logging in and staying under my goal and have been losing the steady 3 lbs a week! I hope to continue this - just need motivation! Here is where you come in.... :D

    Sorry hun but motivation comes from within. You can’t expect everyone else to be your cheerleaders.
    Congrats on losing the weight though. See? You did that on your own!! Well with the help of consistent logging etc. You’ve got this. You can do this.
