Hello. I was in a car accident in sept. I have a concussion, soft tissue damage in my neck and 2 completely torn ligaments in my ankle. I'm just looking for tips and tricks to get back into the gym without reinjuring myself. I'm currently doing physio 2 times a week but I'm desperate for my old life back.. Work, gym, softball & running.. It's been 16 weeks and I'm kinda down

I would ask your PT. I have a partially torn ACL in my right knee and still able to squat, and other types of training. Your PT should be familiar with your condition enought to provide acceptable forms/types of training until your as close to 100% as possible. DO NOT take things into your own hands, or do anything your PT would not recommend. Recovery starts with progression. Ive sent you a friend request. Msg me if you need anything.
I also injured my neck from 2 seperate car accidents, from being hit by wrong way drivers. Not the shortest or easiet to recover, but is possible!
