Hey so ive noticed im low on fibre any ideas what i can fit into my day for a boost? Thanks

    Make fruit, vegetables and whole grains a natural part of your diet.

    Find foods you like that contain fiber. A quick Google search on high fiber foods will produce many foods to pick from.

    Legumes: Beans, peas, etc.

    Beans. I honestly got fiber one cereal when I was constipated a few years ago and it did the trick lol.

    One or two Fiber One bars a day keep me nice and regular! And they're soooo tasty.

    Yes, beans and lentils are amazing sources. Veg and most fruits and whole grains are good too.
