Rotisserie chicken and steamer vegetable from the frozen food section or in your produce section. Broccoli is good, cauliflower rice is good. I cook ground chicken or turkey with a package of taco seasoning and use it in a taco salad. The Birdseye zucchini lentil pasta in your frozen food section is amazing. They have Alfredo and marinara. All good for a side. I Saute zucchini slices in a bit of liquid aminos for a side often.0

I'm busy and like to eat what I make from home so alot of things I throw in a tortilla. My current breakfast go to is a whole wheat tortilla (use what ever you like) a half a cup of egg whites microwaved, glass bowl 1:30 and some salsa or left over steamed veggies on top. You can do the same with reg eggs it may take a little longer.
Tacos...jam any cooked meat in there lettuce tomato cheese. Tin beans...
Microwave a potato and throw toppings on...meat veg salsa.
I roast turkey and chicken breast in the oven 325 and salt pepper onion and garlic powder...I get crazy with smoked paprika...20 min till it reaches 160...165 temp. Check with a meat thermometer.
roast veg at 350 for 20 ish minutes... Salt pepper, little olive oil
Hard boiled eggs: bring water to a boil, put in eggs, cover with a lid turn off heat check in 30 minutes.
Rice 2c water to 1 cup rice, bring water to a boil pour in rice cover and set to low...cook 15-20 minutes.
Tin beans you can throw in a tortilla with some rice.0 -

I’m not all that great at cooking, but hands down, the crockpot has me looking like a culinary wiz! Try out a few recipients there.
Toss everything in first thing in the morning, set it and go.
I believe in you!
Let me know if you want any super easy recipes.
Good luck!

I don't cook. I microwave.
Frozen broccoli (microwave for 4 minutes), then add precooked frozen chicken, and sprinkle with all-purpose seasoning and garlic salt. Microwave for 3 minutes. Top with canned beans and shredded cheese.
Frozen 3 pepper mix (microwave for 4 minutes) in a bowl. Crack eggs over pepper mix and stir. Add black pepper, salt and paprika. Stir in shredded cheese. Microwave for 3 minutes (or until eggs aren't runny). Serve with toast.
Frozen zucchini (microwave for 4 minutes). Add pre-cooked frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, top with parmesan. Microwave for 3 minutes. Serve with crackers.0
