So I had to gain a lot of weight rapidly for my health. I was underweight and having health problems.
I found it very easy to gain the weight- I just let go and made up for years of not eating!
Now I’m weight restored I’m finding it hard to calm down and learn how to eat normally!
Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

Well what are your goals, do you lift, do you want to stay at that weight??? I mean it's hard to give you any advice just like that.0

Would you mind providing statistics about your age, height, weight, etc.? How many calories have you been eating daily recently?0

Thanks for the reply.
I’m 29, weigh 60kg now. I few months ago I was 45kg I’ve put this weight on very rapidly.
My height is 5 foot 7.
I used to be a runner and want to get back to that.
I still run a bit but my times are so much slower.

Did you track your calories when you were gaining weight?
If so you could use your real life data to figure out maintenance?0 -

Okay, just asking since a cut could potentially be a trigger. Also, be sure that everything is in order -get labs and hormones checked because being underweight for sometime could do a bit of damage. A physical with your doctor should be considered before you increase your activity levels.0 -

OP doesn't need to cut, just maintain.0 -

Good point. In fact, that might be a better option. I'm planning to maintain after I'm done gaining weight since I know my body won't be able to tolerate a cut. I still stand by my suggestion of getting everything checked.1
