TB and Weight loss

I have naturally been skinny throughout my life but some time ago i started loosing immense weight. Soon after i was diagnosed with Tuberculosis which badly affected my weight and appetite. I have been trying from about 6 months to increase my weight. I started off with 86lbs and have gained till 95lbs now. I make it upto 2500 calories daily whereas my daily maintenance requirement is about 1500 (as I am 4'11 only).
I take milk shake, mutton, egg, milk, dry fruits and dates daily. But i am not satisfied with this gain pattern. I need to gain more but don't know how?
Are supplements really necessary ?
And if i opt for excercises which ones should i do?
