First time using this app! I’ve been trying to find different ways to keep myself motivated. From apps to documentaries. I’ve taken this weight loss journey numerous times and I anyways seemed to lose that motivation. I’m one of those yo-yos. Always up and down! This time, I’m trying my very best to stick to it! Im changing my lifestyle and getting serious. I have 75 pounds to go till my goal weight. I started myself on a whole new diet. I am now vegan. Totally changing up what I have always been use to. I also started going back to my gym! Any tips of how this app can help and the different ways it can help?!
