Sooo... I’m completely new to this, and I mean all of it, iv always been slightly over weight and really unhealthy, I had a baby who is now 9 months old and during my pregnancy I was really ill, I vomited pretty much everything I ate and lost any appetite for food. I have a very bad relationship with food as I am terrified of becoming over weight again. I went from 12st pre pregnancy to now just touching 8st ( I have gained a stone in the last month) a lot of people would think that’s a good thing but for me, I’m really unhealthy, I have no muscle and I’m basically just skin and bone. I really want to get healthy, gain some muscle mainly around my stomach area, legs an glutes and improve my self confidence, any help or advice is greatly appreciated thank you xx

You've got this mama! I have a 2 year old and taking care of yourself is much harder after having a child. I have been on and off fitness my whole life, so I decided to engage in this. I think having lots of support is key!0
