Do you count unsweet tea when logging water consumption?

I don't bother logging water consumption. I rely on thirst, which has stood the human species in good stead for millennia, and which feels nothing like hunger to me, and on the color of my urine as a backup to check that my thirst cues are, in fact, keeping me adequately hydrated.
If I did log water consumption, I would count all nonalcoholic liquids, since they all are perfectly good sources of hydration.2 -
