Trying to keep perspective

Hello - I am a newbie - I had used this site many years ago & it's time to regroup. I am not doing a diet per se. I'm justing going to try to drink more water & keep my calories within 1,500/day. Once I get adjusted to that, I want to incorporate exercise. Does anyone else do something similar?
