Hiya everyone! On January 2nd I started what I presume will be a lengthy weight loss journey. I started at 330lbs and in a little over 3 weeks I'm at 314. I decided to start with a complete overhaul on my diet. I thought eating "healthy" would be boring, but I have learned SO much and I feel like I eat constantly. My friend sent me this quote in week one and it is embedded in my brain: You're either eating to fight disease or to feed it. My goal is to ultimately weigh 165-185, so a long ways to go, but baby steps! It helps that my boss has challenged me to be as close to my goal by Christmas and he'll buy me a new wardrobe!
