Wedding, Birthday & Trip to Dominican, HELP

Hey Everyone! I Just signed up today for some on line support :) I have a lot coming up, in a short period of time - obviously I won't be able to make extreme changes over the next 4 weeks - however, I would like to try and tone up, de-bloat as I'm in my best friends wedding July 25th, My birthday is Aug 2 & Then we go to Dominican Aug 6. Trying my best to be really strict to feel good at all these things ... but my longterm goal is halloween :)

Any tips are always welcome!

I suggest always plan your meals in advance, and your workouts.
Change up your ipod every other week - and at least one night - do an activity with a friend.
Drink lots of water, no pop - no alcohol (rip. beer)
