Wedding, Birthday & Trip to Dominican, HELP

Hey Everyone! I Just signed up today for some on line support I have a lot coming up, in a short period of time - obviously I won't be able to make extreme changes over the next 4 weeks - however, I would like to try and tone up, de-bloat as I'm in my best friends wedding July 25th, My birthday is Aug 2 & Then we go to Dominican Aug 6. Trying my best to be really strict to feel good at all these things ... but my longterm goal is halloween
Any tips are always welcome!
I suggest always plan your meals in advance, and your workouts.
Change up your ipod every other week - and at least one night - do an activity with a friend.
Drink lots of water, no pop - no alcohol (rip. beer)
