Water weigh

You know how you retain water when exercising? Does the same thing happen with just stretching? I've been cleared for exercise but will start Monday. I wondered if I spent time stretching before then if there would be water weight.

Probably, if it's something that's outside of your normal routine.
Yoga is stretching and it creates slight tears in your muscles that get filled with water while they're being repaired.
Water weight is not something to be afraid of. It's a temporary part of a healthier lifestyle.2 -
Oh I'm not afraid of it. Lol. I was just wondering if I should expect it with the stretching.0
