How to build momentum when starting

I need advice, motivation, as to how to work through day 1, day 2, etc when it seems so daunting and overwhelming and scary to start giving up the normal grind of eating without tracking to being diligent in a span of 24 hrs? Just seems impossible to start. I keep talking myself out of th

Pick one small thing you can change this week. Do that every day. Next week, add 1 new thing, and so on. You don't have to change everything overnight.0

You could start by only tracking your food (weighing and logging it) to see what is involved without actually making changes to your diet.0

This. It’s how I first started. Funny thing is, I’ve discovered that I can eat almost the same as I always did EXCEPT for the junk food and soda. Leave that stuff out. Then, just weigh and measure what you eat and log it. Logging gets a lot easier with time.0
