Malignant hyperthermia

My family suffer with Malignant hyperthermia which is a rare life-threatening condition that is usually triggered by exposure to certain drugs used for general anesthesia which can induce a drastic and uncontrolled increase in skeletal muscle oxidative metabolism, which overwhelms the body's capacity to supply oxygen, remove carbon dioxide, and regulate body temperature, eventually leading to circulatory collapse and death if not treated quickly.
I've read from quite a few people that they have suffered with "waking attacks" when they were exposed to hot weather and/or exercise... But I have also heard some people argue that the "walking attack" is actually caused by Colonic Crohn's disease which has MH as a symptom.
Does anyone here suffer, like me, with MH (but no CCD) and if so, have you noticed any issues exercising or partaking in an exercise like running during hot weather?
I ran 2 miles yesterday during the heatwave we have in the UK within 27 minutes, and am thinking of doing it again tonight. I always wear my medical bracelet (just in case), but am wanting to concentrate on my running and not have the MH distract me.. on the off chance.
Many thanks for reading this ramble  :flowerforyou:
